Mr. Biscaia serves as the CEO for Watchful Software. Prior to Watchful, Mr. Biscaia was the Marketing Manager for Critical Software worldwide, responsible for driving their messaging and branding into the mission-critical computing market. Before joining Critical Software, he was general manager for a marketing communications agency tailored at SMBs and their unique challenges in reaching fragmented markets. Prior to that engagement, he served as Marcom Manager at a group of companies in the field of Design and Product Development of plastic parts.
Mr. Biscaia holds an MBA in Marketing and several post-graduation studies in Sales & Marketing.
Mr. Tonella is a Sales Executive with proven success in exceeding revenue targets, building & scaling local/global sales organizations in high growth and turnaround business environments. He brings 14+ years of Business Leadership experience which includes companies such as Cisco, Nimsoft (Acquired by CA), McAfee (Acquired by Intel) and Jive Software (Sequoia Backed). Steve has built up cross functional sales teams in the Americas, EMEA, Asia Pacific and speaks Spanish & Italian. Recently Steve has been helping multiple early stage SaaS based technology companies establish their Sales Go-To-Market and introduction into respective markets to establish, build, accelerate & scale sales.
Mr. Patrão is responsible for driving the delivery of world-class software solutions to address difficult information security problems. Prior to joining the Watchful team, Mr. Patrão was the Technical Manager for Critical Software on a number of projects responsible for identity management, information security, and complex systems development. He has an honours degree in Computer Science from University of Coimbra. Mr. Patrão started working at Critical Software while graduating from the University of Coimbra, and has led a number of Critical Software's key initiatives initially focused on the dependable systems and real-time operating systems markets and later on the Information Security area.
He has worked in several software and auditing projects in the information security area and has an auditor certification in the ISO 27001.
Ms. Susan DeVault has over 30 years’ experience within the Financial Management and HR departments. Over that period of time Susan has worked for privately held companies, Venture Capital firms and several large, publicly traded companies.
She joined Watchful Software in the company’s infancy in 2015, and has successfully undertaken the Financial Management of the organization. She began her career at Watchful Software as the Controller and within a year, was promoted to VP of Finance and HR. She has extensive knowledge in Budgeting and Cash Flow Management as well as Financial Forecasting, Accounting Systems and Controls, and all other aspects of Finance which have truly made her a valuable asset to the organization.
Additionally, Susan handles all aspects within the HR Department. She insures compliance with all Federal and State employment laws and practices, assisted in developing and monitoring all onboarding and termination procedures and manages the day to day HR Department functions which include all employee benefits programs.
Prior to joining Watchful Software, Inc., Susan worked as Controller of ONPATH Technologies, a computer Network Monitoring and connectivity firm, and during her tenure with ONPATH assisted with the Merger and Acquisition of ONPATH by NETSCOUT. Susan provided all documentation requirements for a complete and successful sale of the business, working closely with NETSCOUT’s due diligence team and then with the Finance team through the transition of ownership.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The College of New Jersey.
