All software is sold “AS IS”. Watchful warrants that under normal use and service, on the date of acquisition, the software will materially conform to the then current published specifications for the software and associated documentation;

Watchful Software will include ninety (90) days of Basic Support upon purchase. This entitles the customer to open a support ticket, which will be addressed on a best-efforts basis during normal business hours;

Customers have the right to purchase an enhanced Support Agreement which provides for the ability to open a support call in multiple ways, including email, web, and phone, and to have that escalated in the event of a high severity issue to be worked outside of normal business hours.

Watchful Software will control entitlement to support.
